Eurologos monitors the protection of your confidentiality as private users. We are able to understand your need to control your personal data when you use the Internet. This declaration explains the following points:

The information we collect

Use of the data

Eurologos uses the information you provide to better understand your needs and offer you the best possible service. We mainly use the information to help you carry out transactions, including execution of orders and promotional offers, to communicate with you in order to inform you about the services and products, to personalize our websites, and to manage and renew your memberships. Credit card numbers are only used for treating payments and to protect against fraud; they aren’t used for any other reasons without your permission.

Use of your e-mail address

If you provide us with your e-mail address when subscribing we may occasionally send you e-mail containing recommendations of our new services, rates and promotions. This e-mail may include advertising paid for by a third party. When you subscribe, you can decide if you want to choose this service or not. If initially, you don’t make a choice regarding this option, you will always be able to block this type of e-mail in the future: you will only have to follow the information for unsubscription that accompanies such communications.

Furthermore, we send service notifications by e-mail to keep you informed of the status of your service orders. These messages are essential to the functionality of our services. This is why it is impossible for you not to select this services option and why these messages cannot be blocked.

Special relations

Eurologos keeps up a certain number of relationships with external collaborators with whom it might share your personal information in order to provide you with a service, carry out an order or transaction. For example, we use some service providers for credit card or cheque transaction services. These providers check your purchasing information, such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers, then authorize your transaction. They therefore have access to the user database, but they are not allowed to use this information for any other reason whatsoever.

Eurologos uses information labels called “cookies” which identify clients when they visit our site. These cookies are used to store the users’ preferences and maximize the performance of our services. Furthermore, the cookies help us identify the web surfers who are returning to our site, so we can avoid asking them to enter their e-mail and password anew, on each of their visits. The information we collect through the cookies are neither sold nor let, nor shared with third parties. We also ask you to enter your name, surname and/or e-mail address in the appropriate field, in order for our client service to identify and help you in case of a problem. Registry files

Eurologos maintains a register of the traffic on our site. We do not connect the information collected in these registry files for personal identification information. The registry files are used to manage traffic levels and IT requisites in order to provide a dependable service. The collected information includes IP addresses and browser types.


We collect feedback from users and we select statements that appear on the site taken from our feedback form, but only after having duly informed and obtained permission from the senders.

Accessing/correcting/updating/deleting user information

Private users can access, update, correct or delete the personal information held by Eurologos by clicking on the "My account" link or by contacting the Eurologos confidentiality program department. Users may cancel their accounts by going to the “How to update your status and automatic renewal” page. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and in no case will we take over 30 days to respond to your request.

Secured information

All the information gathered on the site is stored in secured areas that limit access to only authorized personnel. The Eurologos websites are regularly tested for flaws in security to ensure that all the collected information cannot be viewed by non-authorized personnel.


EUROLOGOS neither solicits nor knowingly collects personal data provided by adolescents (under 18) or concerning adolescents without consent from a parent or a guardian and does not knowingly market its services to adolescents.

If EUROLOGOS comes to learn that a person submitting personal data via part of the EUROLOGOS website, was an adolescent and that a parental agreement had not been provided beforehand, EUROLOGOS shall do everything in its power for to erase the data as quickly as possible from its files. EUROLOGOS will also take every possible reasonable action to make sure this personal data will not be used to any ends or communicated to a third party.

If a parent asks to examine or to erase data in connection with their child before EUROLOGOS takes notice of the facts and deletes the data, it goes without saying that we will reply favorably to this request. In this case, we invite the parents to contact us via e-mail.

Access rights

In accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 relative to privacy protection, and amended by the law of 11 December 1998, you have the right to access your data, modify it, and consult the Register of the Commission of the protection of privacy.

If you wish to view, correct, modify, or update your personal data stored in the EUROLOGOS database, you may contact us at the address indicated hereunder by e-mail, fax, telephone or regular mail. For reasons concerning the protection of privacy, you will be asked to provide proof of your identity.

You can also, on simple request, receive an explanation concerning the treatment of your Personal Data and obtain confirmation that all the parties concerned have been advised of your requests for information or according to the case, for modification or cancellation. EUROLOGOS will do everything in its power to meet your requirements.

Withholding information

Eurologos will keep personal data for the period during which our services are used, and after that, for a reasonable time period.

Limitation clause

We reserve ourselves the right to disclose any personally identifiable information, as is imposed by law, and when we deem the disclosure necessary to protect our rights and/or answer a legal procedure, a request from the courts or a legal procedure made known on our website

Notification of modification

If we carry out a material modification (not editorial) to our confidentiality policy, we will display a notice on our site in manner so that users will be warned of this change. If we carry out a significant modification to the way we use, treat, or disclose personal information, we will warn users via e-mail.
