Since the 90s the Eurologos Group has made use of a 400 page long "Internal Procedure Manual" (four times longer than the ISO 9001 Quality Manual!) to establish and organise the entire production and validation of multilingual services on behalf of the offices, wherever they may be in the world.
Monitoring Total Quality production and validation, for offices defined as "glocal" by the Californians in the 90s (global and local at the same time), precedes the achievement of the ISO certification.
The ISO 9001 certification guarantees to the markets, with all their elaborate and systematic rules, that Eurologos is structured and operated with respect to its quality procedures, constantly improving, according to the ISO rules.
